I am Zhe Yi Soo, senior year Mechanical Engineering student at Illinois Institute of Technology. Applying what I have learnt in real life situations has always been my interest. Hence, I have been doing some DIY project such as CNC router, programmable robots, and Arduino projects. Having a strong interest in designing and manufacturing, I am looking for opportunity that I can be part of it.
MY LATEST PROJECT
I have been working on a low budget CNC router project since Oct 2015. I researched, designed, and manufactured the CNC router project. Aiming to be functional and yet affordable has been a challenge for this CNC router project. This project is currently in building process and estimated to be done by the end of Febuary 2016
The Sketch Model Challenge consists of building a device, made completely out of paper products, with the final product being put through the test of acting as a dodgeball war machine. In the game, one player is the rider and another player acts to move the device and rider.
